Regional Partnership Boards have been established as part of the Social Services and Well Being Act to improve the well-being of the populations and improve how health and care services are delivered. Each regional collaboration in Wales oversees strategic methods to deliver integrated health and social care services, bringing together health boards, local authorities, and the third sector to fulfil the care and requirements of people in their area.
